David brings a strong business background to Freeland Realty Group. Having been the Tax Partner for a national CPA firm, and CFO of a corporation, David is skilled in contract negotiations, luxury homes and understanding the numbers in a solid business transaction.  In addition, David has experience in construction, renovations and property management and leasing. He works with both buyers and sellers in executive and luxury residential real estate and new construction. David has his Certified New Home Sales designation (CSP) and is experienced in working with both first time home buyers and luxury home buyers and sellers in the executive suburbs of Columbus.
